Bye vs. Fernwood Town FC 3B
Fernwood takes an easy win.
Vic West Casuals vs. Nanaimo United FC
Nanaimo looks like they will have it tough this week.
PL Cap City vs. Cordova Bay Red Barn Bobcats
Cap City seems to be getting better with a respectable result vs JDF... I think Bobcats 'experience' pays off though, 3-2 Bobcats.
Bays United FC vs. Gorge Us-Guys
Two teams with tough starts battle hard. I think Gorge suddenly remembers that it's just a little f**k-off ball and a big f**k-off net and put a few in. 3-1 Gorge.
Juan de Fuca vs. SFFC Countertop Bandits
Haven't seen the JDF 3's play, but if they are physical like the 4's were, well they will have an interesting game. Match of the week! My prediction is the Bandits come out quick, but quickly decide to lose their collective minds at the ref and spend the majority of the game telling their own coach to p**s off and changing their formation by group think. JDF on the other hand, not having the temperment of 16 year old spoiled children, play some quality ball and pot a couple.
Number 7 on Bandits trys to reason with his petulant team, but they realize too late that their constant whining has used up 30+ minutes of the game and they are out of time before they can even start to mount a counter attack. They all pack up quickly and go home to their basements and listen to rage against the machine and whine about how unfair the world is.
2-0 JDF.

Fernwood Bye: Battle of the week! JDF can sneak by Fernwood this weekend if they win to nab first in the div.
Vic West v Nanaimo: Give the nod to Vic West. 2-0. Vic West's 30 man roster helps wear down Nanaimo on the big turf.
PL Cap City v Cordova Bay: Haven't seen PL. Calling this a 1-1 defensive snoozer.
Juan de Fuca v. Countertop: I'll take JDF for the win - 3-1. Will the countertops have a few guys sitting do to cards for this game? Sounds like a spirited affair last week against the Casuals.
Bays United FC v Gorge: Both teams are hungry for their first W. Haven't seen Bays yet but feeling like a 1-0 nailbiter in favour of a healthy Gorge squad.

Vic west over nanaimo 4-0.
Nanaimo is a good batch of fellas. Good spirited game and 0-0 at half. The Nanaimo keeper or 'The Mountain' from Game of Thrones taking a break from his day job, held the score at zeros with some great saves.
Second half Nanaimo seemed to gas on the big turf and despite a large bench were just outpaced and out worked. I think Nanaimo will surprise a couple teams as they get better over the season.

2-1 Bays over Gorge just not a pretty game. Bays up 2-0 at half with a few Gorge defensive blunders including a Gorge own goal (you're welcome). Gorge owned the second half but missed a few easy ones and Bays was able to hold on.

2-1 Bobcats over PL, Bobcats controlled most of the game after a quick goal by PL, Bobcats settled down and finished on a couple chances; could have been more.
